About the Role:
In your role as an Online Trainer for our Pop Tops, Campers/Jpods and Running Gear departments, you will be responsible for overseeing and addressing HR-related needs for the relevant teams. Your primary objective will be to contribute to creating a positive work environment and experience for our colleagues, aligning with our overarching goals.
Key Requirements:1. Candidate Assessments: Ability to actively engage in the interview process to evaluate candidate’s suitability for job vacancies, as well as identifying ongoing training requirements and planning appropriate strategies for them.
2. Training Coordination: Proficiency in coordinating training activities, including onboarding, tool tests, and skills gap assessments.
3. Onboarding and Induction: Experience in assisting with production floor induction and onboarding of new employees, including the development of training plans and buddy system coordination (desirable).
4. SOP and GWI Compliance: Knowledge of and adherence to Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) and General Work Instructions (GWIs) across production.
5. Monitoring and Feedback: Capacity to monitor new employee progress, provide feedback, and address performance concerns in collaboration with HR and leadership teams.
6. Skills Evaluation and Matrix: Skill in evaluating employee competencies and maintaining a training skills matrix to track and manage employee training needs and capabilities.
